O Allāh, on this blessed Friday in the sacred month of Muḥarram, just as You saved Mūsā عليه السلام and his people from oppression, rescue our oppressed brothers and sisters wherever they may be. Ya Rabb, Protector of the weak, grant them relief, strength, and victory. Inspire us through the courage of Mūsā عليه السلام and the steadfastness of al-Ḥusayn ibn ʿAlī رضي الله عنه. Strengthen our faith, accept our Jumu‘ah prayers, and unite the Ummah upon truth.

| congratulate His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his third year in office and commend his unwavering commitment to transforming Nigeria's energy sector through the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The #220 billion Solarisation Initiative and the ongoing deployment of hybrid solar systems across federal institutions reflect a bold step toward sustainable energy access and national development.
I also applaud the administration's strategic partnership with global solar manufacturer LONGi to establish a solar panel production facility in Nigeria, a move that will promote local manufacturing, create jobs, and strengthen the nation's renewable energy capacity.

Anybody who subjects himself to primary election and loses is a million better than someone who runs away from primary elections and jumping from one party to another just to be handed the ticket.
If you don’t subject yourself to scrutiny at home or within your political party, how they are you confident about winning the main election?
Political cowards
Our Capacity DG is back!

Senator @ShehuSani speaks about the protest by ADC Coalition leaders.
ADC Is an assembly of people that destroyed Nigeria, they are out of power and now they are mobilizing people in order to seize power for themselves.
These people protesting calling themselves as ADC, do you sincerely and objectively believe and to the best of your conscience, look at their faces and say these people are the messiah that can drive Nigeria.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the greatest political strategist ever in history. Obasanjo said “if you want to see a politician, go to Burdillon”. Buhari said “Asiwaju, the greatest political tactician and master strategist”. Babangida said “The Jagaban of Nigeria”. His followers love him unimaginably, his adversaries hate him incredibly. However, in all of these, the JAGABAN’S greatest record is in human development, radical policy redirection, progressive politics without sentiment!
Tinubu has mentored kings and queens, lawmakers, speakers, senate Presidents, Governors, business moguls. He has reproduced in others, in massive quantities, everything he has himself achieved! As a senator, he raised uncountable other senators, he even raised Senate Presidents and Speakers of the House of Representatives. As a Governor, he reproduced other Governors from Lagos and throughout Nigeria. Before he became President, he has raised President, and he will reproduce another! A leader followed by leaders.
Lagos City Boy had seen all the waters and seas of Lagos both physically, spiritually, mentally and politically. Waters like the Atlantic, the pacific and others, yet they didn’t blind his eyes. He has turned a roadside vulcaniser to “His Excellency”, he has rehabilitated many political destitutes and turned them to valuable assets.
Tinubu didn’t build Lagos, he rebuilt it. He turned waterlogged areas to Lekki habitable zones, he dragged and got back some land from the Atlantic Ocean and called Atlantic City. He turned a refuse dump into a site where one of Africa’s best hotels is now located. He turned the Jakande’s railway dream into undeniable realities!!!!! TINUBU’s Lagos of today is never the Lagos of 1999!
Asiwaju that inherited N30trillion ways and means and cleared it to save Nigeria. Tinubu, conqueror of Fuel Subsidy Monster. AKANBI the terminator of corrupt foreign exchange regime. The builder of Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway, the constructor of Lagos Calabar Coastal Highway. Crusher of ASUU strikes!!! “Four years is Four years “. The giver of student loans. Economic super master, Reformist! Uniter of Nigeria.
Happy 74th birthday to a leader every other politician wants to be like but who they can never be like because they cannot afford the cost! Longlife Asiwaju, may God continue to shame your enemies within and without. May your health never fade or fail. May your victory in the 2027 Presidential Election send all your adversaries to their permanent retirement homes!
Energy is an important resource in Nigeria, and using it wisely helps families save money. People should turn off lights, fans, televisions, and other appliances when they are not in use. Using energy-efficient bulbs and appliances also helps reduce electricity consumption.
Proper energy use also means avoiding waste and taking care of electrical devices. For example, unplugging chargers when they are not in use and making good use of natural daylight can reduce unnecessary energy use. Let’s use our energy properly and avoid wasting it as we start this new week.
Have a productive week ahead, folks

I had the honor of delivering a keynote address at the High-Level Buildings and Cooling Pavilion Side Event at COP30 in Brazil. This platform provided a vital opportunity to highlight the Energy Commission of Nigeria’s commitment to a smarter, energy-efficient cooling transition aligned with global climate goals.
Alongside global partners, including Daikin Industries, UNEP-U4E, and the International Energy Agency, we explored practical solutions to expand access to cooling while minimizing environmental impact. Discussions emphasized the role of Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) and modern cooling technologies in reducing emissions across emerging economies.
I also held a side discussion with staff of the NNPC on how this initiative can be further promoted by the Government of Nigeria.
I reaffirmed Nigeria’s readiness to harmonize standards, deepen collaboration, and accelerate sustainable cooling innovations under the Global Cooling Pledge. At ECN, we remain focused on advancing technologies and policies that enhance comfort, boost productivity, and protect our environment.

I had the privilege of addressing participants on the importance of clear energy policies at the @SchneiderElec Innovation Day Nigeria in Lagos. Clear and consistent policies are essential for attracting serious investors, and the National Energy Policy, the National Energy Master Plan, and the amended Electricity Act 2023 now provide strong guidance for Nigeria’s energy development.
Since their launch, we’ve seen over $3.6 billion in energy investments, and partnerships like that with Energy China are helping to deploy renewable energy solutions across all 36 states. Events like this remind us that collaboration between the government, the private sector, and experts is key to driving innovation and sustainable growth. I also stressed that sharing our energy plans with Nigerian embassies worldwide strengthens investor confidence and showcases Nigeria’s readiness for development.
I thank Schneider Electric for hosting the event and for supporting energy technology and capacity development. At the Energy Commission of Nigeria, we remain committed to expanding access to clean energy, strengthening the electricity sector, and advancing our national development goals.
