But the 800–1,000 acre land-acquisition issue isn't what I was arguing about in the first place. My point was about a promoter bringing F1 back to the existing BIC, not acquiring new land.

@_mschumacher @UpdatesChennai BIC itself was a privately financed/developed circuit by Jaypee. The underlying land was allotted on long-term lease by YEIDA. That's completely different from saying an Indian F1 circuit has to be a government-owned project. Get the full picture before peddling propaganda.

@WillTracksF1 @dxbestani They don’t engineer the solutions; they help identify the problems, evaluate solutions and influence which direction engineers pursue. It's the simple fact. Try to understand. You can ask an engineer you know. He will tell the same as me. Driver input is valuable.

@WillTracksF1 @dxbestani Unless you know how actually engineering works and have a better understanding of it, don't try to dispute. We take lot of assumptions in development, and real world have other factors that can't be taken into account with just softwares.
