At 12.30 am at Pt DDU station, escalator not functioning, upper class waiting room for gents full of ladies with ACs hardly working and worst, at the male toilet on PF2 the urinals just disappeared with the result the pressure on other facility can be imagined. Veritable hell.

Thiruvananthapuram station is being upgraded. Very good but creating enormous problems for the passengers particularly senior citizens with walking problem. There is no rly staff around for help. Sad.

Yesterday we three, myself wife' and son, while traveling by train 16605 from Ernakulam to Thiruvananthapuram in C1 coach found to our horror that there were no waters in either of the bathrooms flanking the coach and the situation didn't change in five hours.

Dear @nsitharaman I, a senior citizen, lost my SBI credit card last Sunday. I got the card blocked. However, SBICPSL is threatening me to pay for the disputed amount, over Rs one lakh, although I am not responsible. Please help urgently. @SBICard_Connect @TheOfficialSBI @RBI

@SBICard_Connect Not ready to pay for the expenditure incurred on a stolen card ; I am in no way responsible for it. The card was not in may possession at the time of unauthorised purchases. How does SBICPSL's much vaunted fool proof secret security code embodied in the card collapse ?

Despite SBI Card's tall and much-vaunted claim of fool-proof security of its credit/ debit cards, a fraudster can break the secret security of a credit card with impunity. What kind of security is this ? I say this from my own expreerience.

Despite State Bank of India's much vaunted claim for fool proof security, a fraudster can break the secret security number of a lost SBI Card and get away with whatever he likes to do. This is my personal experience. Sad.
