The bus didn't even turn up when asked the support agent asked me to use another bus instead but for refund they have kept me on hold and saying everyday some reason but no solution yet

@aaichnairport @aaichnairport @AAIRHQSR the Language of the staff present over there for toll collection was horrible to be mentioned specially. They said if you can't pay it in cash why do you visit airport, While I have sufficient Fastag balance......

[santhosh hari @santhoshhari78]

@aaichnairport Today had one of the worst experience in the Chennai Airport Parking . This happened in the exit gate , We had enough balance in fastag and asked the person in the gate to deduct using fastag but she tried it once and the machine over there was not working . (1/2)

[santhosh hari @santhoshhari78]

@aaichnairport @aaichnairport Alone will not accept Fastag ? Later the supervisor over there asked me to park vehicle sideby and had put a lock by not saying a reason. I was even asked to pay fine 500 for demanding to pay through Fastag as ai caused a delay. I was forced pay the thing in cash.
