@SwiggyCares I placed order from @Popeyes. It was said to be delivered in 20 mins. Timer shows 2 mins when order was not even picked up. Restaurant did not pick up the call. The food finally got delivered after 1.5 hours, cold! Swiggy chat stopped responding! Pathetic experience!

@Apple your maps is so bad. Like soo bad!!! It just simply sucks. The experience is pathetic. I patiently tried for an hour for a task that should have taken like 2 mins max, in vain. Why do you charge so much when you don’t do the work? Do something about it ASAP for gods sake.

@SwiggyCares Also, would appreciate an option to opt out of Swiggy One discount at an order level. Since I can only use it 10 times per subscription I would rather save it for my smaller order values.

However, I’m not a big fan of the 10 order limitation aka Swiggy One Lite.

Can you please stop BS-ing me on this?! Without Swiggy One I would have had to pay ₹16 extra for this order value. With Swiggy One I am saving ‘₹16’ exact. Show that. Plain & simple. Stop fooling customers. Your defence is only making your brand look bad.
