@ZAGGdaily All I wanted was a simple exchange because it was the wrong product. But if this is the process I simply won’t shop with Zagg for any of my devices going forward (I currently have a Zagg product on 6 things)
@ZAGGdaily I reached out to Returns Process at Zagg and receive the for customer heavy lifting instructions and having to pay for the return as well. That is your process per your website, correct?
