Chief Justice Of India has said Genitals don't define gender.
There is no such thing as an absolute concept of biological man and woman.

I do have genuine questions though… and these I ask with utmost respect, with no malice;
1. Do we stop talking about crimes against WOMEN, since there is no concept of BIOLOGICAL women?

2. Sometime back I had read an article on dress code for women in the Supreme Court.
Women lawyers I believe can wear saree, long skirts (plain white or black or any mellow colours), Salwar-Kurta with or without dupatta (white or black) or traditional dress with black coat and bands. Men I believe wear black & white formal pants/shirts,
buttoned up black coat, black tie.

Now if there is no absolute concept of biological male or female, what happens to the dress code in courts? Does it mean ANYONE (regardless of the gender) can wear what is traditionally considered clothing of the human beings that have TWO X chromosomes?
