1/ DTDC has given me one of the worst courier experiences I have ever faced.

My consignment containing important documents was supposed to be delivered on 16 June. When delivery failed, I called customer care and clearly explained the urgency.

@DTDCIndia 3/ Two days later, when I followed up, I discovered that DTDC had already returned the parcel to Gurgaon without informing me. No call, no message.

The most frustrating part is not the failed delivery it's that customer care gave assurances that were never honored.
