That's exactly why Trump's Justice Department just sued them.

DOJ says Delaware hands its cheaper in-state rate to illegal aliens while denying that same break to U.S. citizens from other states, and that breaks federal law.

The lawsuit asks a court to block the policy and stop the school from cooking up any new scheme that puts lawbreakers ahead of Americans.

This is the 26th lawsuit DOJ has filed over this garbage, which tells you how many schools thought they could get away with it.

American families are drowning in student debt while these universities roll out the red carpet for people who shouldn't even be here.

Any school that treats citizens like second class students should lose every dime of federal money it gets 🇺🇸
