ये ITBP के डिप्टी कमांडेंट आयुष दीपक का SUCIDE नोट है , जिन्होंने 03 अक्टूबर 2025 को SUCIDE किया था।

एक CAPF ऑफिसर का का पुलिस SHO से तंग आकर SUCIDE करना बहुत ही दुखद है 😥

उन्होंने SUCIDE नोट में अपनी मौत के लिये राजीव रंजन थाना प्रभारी लालमटिया थाना पोस्ट नाथनगर, भागलपुर, बिहार (अभी वह विक्रमशीला थाना में पदस्थ है) को जिम्मेदार ठहराया।

"राजीव रंजन मेरी बहन ज्योति को बालों से घसीटने और उसके कपड़े फाड़कर उसे अर्द्धनग्न करने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। उसकी मर्यादा भंग हो गई है। उनके द्वारा एक महिला और बिहार सरकार के मुख्य अभियंता की पत्नी के साथ किए गए घिनौने अपमान ने न केवल छवि को धूमिल किया, बल्कि उसकी मर्यादा को भी भंग किया। उसने पुलिस से सिर्फ इतना कहा था कि वह पास टोला, कबीरपुर रोड, नाथनगर, भागलपुर की बस्ती में महिलाओं और बच्चों को न पीटे। राजीव रंजन ने न केवल मेरी बहन के कपड़े फाड़कर उसकी मर्यादा को भंग किया, बल्कि मेरी बहन ज्योति के खिलाफ draconian मामले भी दर्ज किए।"

" मैं, एक सशस्त्र सेवा का सदस्य होने के नाते, अपनी बहन ज्योति की इज्जत और मर्यादा को सुरक्षित नहीं रख पाया।

उस दिन के बाद से मैं खुद को असहाय और निराश महसूस कर रहा हूँ। यहाँ तक कि SSP को की गई कॉल भी बेकार साबित हुई।

इसलिए मैं सम्माननीय राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री और गृह मंत्री से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि केंद्रीय/राज्य विभागों/एजेंसियों में कम से कम 05 वर्षों के लिए अपने गृह राज्य में CAPF कर्मियों को डेप्युटेशन पर नियुक्त किया जाए, ताकि सशस्त्र सेवा जैसे CAPF/सेना को यह महसूस न हो कि उन्हें निराश किया गया।*
