This harassment has taken a toll on my mental health. I’ve contacted your customer care multiple times and even visited the nearest IDBI branch to report this. Still, no resolution or urgency shown from your side. This is gross negligence.

@IDBI_Bank @IDBIBankCares @RBI @Cyberdost A UPI ID has been generated using my number, and I’ve received over 1000+ transaction SMSs, 500+ harassment calls, and countless WhatsApp messages from people who’ve been scammed—thinking I’m the scammer. I’m hearing abusive language daily.
