Ladakhi students are not receiving admit cards for the @skuast_kashmir entrance exam. It is disheartening that in the name of J&K Domicile & @ULadakh, our students are being blocked from opportunities they rightfully deserve.

Courses like #BVSc are still not available in University of Ladakh. For such programs, we are directly dependent on institutions in #JammuKashmir.

We are not demanding a privilege — we are demanding our right. Our share of investment has gone into building the higher educational institutions of J&K. Admission in these institutions is our constitutional right, just like it is for students from J&K.

Stop blocking #Ladakhi students in the name of J&K domicile and a newly born University Of Ladakh which will naturally take time to develop.

This is a direct violation of our fundamental right to education.

We urge Hon’ble @lg_ladakh , Hon'ble LG J&K @OfficeOfLGJandK, Hon'ble CM J&K @OmarAbdullah, Hon'ble Minster Edu. J&K @sakinaitoo, HCECs @drajaffer @tashi_gyalson , & Hon’ble MP Ladakh @Haneefa_Jan to immediately intervene and ensure justice for Ladakhi students.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released a notification inviting applications to fill approximately 1600 vacancies through Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2023. These vacancies are tentative and the final vacancy position will be informed in due course.

The computer-based objective type Tier-I examination will be held in August 2023. The dates for Tier II exam (descriptive paper) will be notified later.
