‘It is a different type of learning’. A survey-based study on how simulation educators see and construct observer roles https://t.co/6MfO6YNmCe @saoregan so pleased to work with you & @emolloy1 in supporting your #PhD studies on #observer roles in #simulation@Monash_MIHCE
@Inject_Orange It's a painful and shaming thing when unconscious bias slaps you in the face. Being able to hear this perspective was such a privilege. Thanks #CodaZero
@Inject_Orange Such an interesting thread. Context for the receiver is everything. As a nurse manager I used to cringe when a doctor referred to “their nurses” and I would think “no they’re mine” which is just as bad.
@Inject_Orange Interesting question. I consider myself a nurse even though I have no direct patient care, but I think it is an identity for me rather than a job. That is I don’t work as a nurse but still think of myself as a nurse.
Yeah, the ‘Leave the Sim Lab Behind’ workshop in full swing, breaking out to clinics following an awesome aspirational springboard video from @SocraticEM #LTSLB#SMACC
My @SydneyHEMS colleague @sambendall recommends this talk on vulnerability
