@titaneyeplus I received different quality lenses, Right one intact and left became full of scratches. Raised complaint to store manager, received call after two month for free replacement of glass. Now one month later store employee not aware of replacement. Pathetic service.😡

@IqooInd It just got solved by Anil (CC executive). Thanks to Anil. However I am shocked that why this happened? Amazon have IMEI data then eligible device should automatically be updated in IQOO service database. Make internal audit and show improvements in service. Hire me if you want

Had bad experience with @livspace. They are not following their own policy for refund. I had cancelled my order as per policy and following up for refund from last 25 days. Support team answering that head approval is pending. Pathetic company with Heads not working as per policy
