Commuters traveling from Srinagar to Jammu faced harrowing conditions today, remaining stranded for over 5–6 hours in intense heat at the Qazigund Toll Plaza. Out of sheer frustration stranded passengers eventually took it upon themselves to remove the barricades to clear route.
