ASML will support the setting up and scaling of Tata Electronics’ upcoming semiconductor facility in Dholera, Gujarat.

In the presence of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, and Mr. Rob Jetten, Hon’ble Prime Minister of The Netherlands, Tata Electronics and ASML announced a landmark partnership at The Hague.

This collaboration will leverage ASML’s expertise in holistic lithography solutions at India’s first greenfield, commercial semiconductor Fab being built by Tata Electronics in Dholera, Gujarat. The two companies will focus on accelerating local talent development, including lithography‑specific skills, building critical R&D infrastructure, and strengthening supply chain resilience.
