One lesson I’ve learned after more than a decade building startups:
Most founders overestimate how ready they need to be before applying.
The best opportunities often go to people who apply before they feel ready.
If you’re building something interesting, submit the application.
Let investors, accelerators, and customers tell you “no.”
Don’t do it for them.

🚨 Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude.
Taught by the people who built it.
Free. No registration. No paywall.
I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.
Watch it and bookmark it now.
instead of watching 2 hours of Netflix tonight, watch this Stanford lecture
it's the clearest explanation I've seen of how ChatGPT and Claude actually work
useful whether you've never touched AI in your life or have been using it every day for the past year
I took the key ideas and turned them into a practical guide on how to actually get 100% out of Claude

If Remotask doesn’t work for you go for Clickworker which is also similar
Clickworker or UHRS is a legit global crowdsourcing platform (similar to Remotasks) where you complete micro-tasks to help companies with AI training, data labeling, surveys, text creation, categorization, app testing, voice recordings, photo tasks, and more. Many Nigerians use it successfully as a side hustle in 2025, it’s available in Nigeria (unlike Remotasks), with payments via PayPal or Payoneer (the most reliable option for Naija users).
Earnings vary: usually $2–$10+/hr depending on task type, speed, accuracy, and qualifications (UHRS their high-paying Microsoft-powered section can push it higher, sometimes $8–$15+/hr when available). Not get-rich-quick, but consistent workers make decent extra cash (some report ₦50k–₦200k+/month with effort).
Super Simple Registration & Getting Started Process (as of late 2025)
1. Sign up for free — Go to the official site: https://t.co/HSq8eUpUOD or directly https://t.co/gpMlx1HtJS
• Click “Sign up” / “Become a Clickworker” (or download the Clickworker app from Google Play or App Store — many Nigerians prefer the app for easier start & mobile tasks).
• The app guides you through registration: Select your country (Nigeria is supported), native language(s), gender, date of birth, choose a unique username + password, email, etc.
• It takes 5–10 minutes.
2. Verify your email → Check your inbox (or spam/junk) for a confirmation link from Clickworker. Click it to activate your account — this is required to log in.
3. Complete your profile → Log in and fill in more details (real name/address for payments/taxes, skills, etc.). Be accurate it affects task eligibility.
4. Pass assessments & qualifiers → This is key!
• Do free skill tests/assessments in your dashboard (e.g., English proficiency, basic logic, or specific ones like UHRS).
• UHRS (big money maker) has its own assessment, if available, Clickworker will prompt you (it creates a Microsoft ID for you). Passing unlocks better/higher-paying tasks.
• Tip: Take your time, read instructions carefully — failing can limit access, but you can retry some.
5. Start working → Tasks appear in your dashboard or app (check daily — availability fluctuates). Start with easy ones to build rating → more tasks unlock. Use the app for push notifications when new jobs drop.
Payments:
• Methods: PayPal (widely used) or Payoneer (best for Nigeria link your Payoneer account in “Payment details”). Some countries get SEPA/ACH, but not usually Naija.
• Frequency: Weekly or bi-weekly (after approval), low minimum payout (often ~$5–$10).
• For Payoneer: Funds come in USD/EUR → transfer to your Nigerian bank (some fees apply, but it’s smooth).
Nobody told you airlines have two prices for every flight. The price they show you. And the price they hope you never find. $1,190 flight. Paid $141. $1,049 difference. Same seat. Same day. Here are the 7 prompts that found it: (Save this before disappearing).

HOW TO OPEN AN OUTLIER ACCOUNT (AND ACTUALLY PASS THE ONBOARDING)
A lot of people can create an account…
But very few people pass the onboarding stage.
Here’s a clean, proven guide that works if you follow it properly 👇
I joined Outlier AI around last year and I’ve earned over $15,000 so far.
A lot of you asked how to actually evaluate a stock so let me show you what I look at before I commit a single naira. Save this.
1. Revenue trend: Is revenue growing for at least 3 consecutive years. One good year could be luck. Three years is a pattern.
2. Profit after tax: A company can make N80 billion in revenue and still lose money. Go straight to the bottom line. Real profit after all expenses, debt, and tax.
3. Cash flow: A company can fake profit through accounting. It cannot fake cash. Check operating cash flow. If profit says N20 billion but cash flow is negative, that profit exists on paper only.
3. Cash flow: This is the one most beginners skip. A company can report profit on paper through accounting tricks but cash flow does not lie. I check operating cash flow. If profit says N20 billion but operating cash flow is negative, that profit is on paper only.
4. Debt to equity: Total debt divided by total shareholders equity. Under 1 is healthy. Above 2 is dangerous. For banks this works differently because leverage is their business model so I focus on capital adequacy ratio instead. The CBN requires a minimum of 10% for national and regional banks and 15% for international banks.
5. Return on equity: Net profit divided by shareholders equity times 100. Above 15% is solid. Above 20% is excellent. Below 10% means management is not working hard enough with your money. Two companies can have the same profit but completely different ROE.
6. Dividends: Has the company paid consistently for at least 5 years. Is the amount growing or shrinking. I also check payout ratio which is dividends divided by earnings. Between 30% and 60% is healthy. Above 80% means the company may not be reinvesting enough to grow.
7. Business clarity: If I cannot explain how the company makes money in one sentence I move on. Cement for a building nation. Banking for 200 million people. Telecoms for a country addicted to data. I let complexity be someone else’s problem.
8. Insider ownership: Do directors own significant shares. Insiders who own shares make decisions like owners not employees. Heavy insider buying is one of the most reliable bullish signals in the market.
9. Valuation: P/E ratio is share price divided by earnings per share. Nigerian banks are at 2 to 4 right now. The S&P 500 is currently trading at a P/E above 26. You are getting some of the most profitable banks in West Africa at roughly one tenth of what American investors pay for their stocks. Then I check price to book which is share price divided by book value per share. Some Nigerian banks are at 0.3 to 0.5. That means you are paying 30 to 50 kobo for every N1 of net assets.
