- refunds ( for dolls that were lost during shipping or never got sent to us)
-stock sale ( I need to get these unclaimed dolls out asap as they are taking up too much space)
-responding to any new inquiries.

If you paid ems for batch 4 or paid domestic shipping and did not receive a doll, please email us proof of payment asap so we can get you your doll
@Jasmine01461526 Zho is going to get refunded after we finish shipping out batch 4 and the stock sale. We couldn't get a partial refund despite our parcel being insured and damaged so it is coming out of our own pockets.
