@evilpolo3292@snowbriight This is what I did basically, it worked to some degree. Iโm told peopleโs first thought is cis woman with deepish voice rather than trans woman who hasnt voice trained, so I think it can work almost enough but ofc depends on the person
discovering thereโs this whole faction of bi women who desperately wanna call themselves lesbians &try to project their own desire for men onto actual lesbians is mind blowing to me bc every lesbian I knew as a baby gay wanted desperately to be bi for a chance of being โnormalโ
@Vampuppy_Page people say this not bc having a cis woman friend will magically save you, but rather bc going through the process at all helps get rid of unfounded fears that women are generally unapproachable transphobes who will not see you as a โrealโ woman, like we fear the whole world does
@eschadiol@judeoborean Yeah for sure, im very hopeful that modos was able to even do this and solve that major hurdle of getting 60fps in the first place. Id even play around with a standalone device and limit to 24 or 30fps to see if I can get a full day out of it
@judeoborean@eschadiol But then yes if your main use is still just reading a book or something similar where high refresh rate isnt utilized, 60fps would probably be ok. I would just personally love a full phone with a 60fps eink or something like that
@judeoborean@eschadiol For context, i have an ereader that lasts maybe 10k or so full refreshes per battery life which means continuously scrolling or video playback at 60fps would last under 3hr, for an ipad mini (somewhat similarly sized device) has a screen on time of like 7 hours
all the solutions to the offside rule are so much worse imo i think people just need to accept the line
the main ones are: [1] no VAR. this would mean disallowing onside goals and allowing clear offside goals. [2] wiggle room VAR. this would just move the line and lead to
@noamscheiber Unfortunately for offside the line has to be strict otherwise we go back to refs making judgements about what counts as the spirit of the rule or not, either you use the VAR strictly or it becomes meaningless
@Molycuddle Yes it isnt possible to fix tomorrow, but it is something that must happen even though the better solution is to undo climate change. However this will take decades if not longer, and in the meantime we must prepare to adopt AC in places that havenโt needed them until now
@Molycuddle I completely agree that it is a massive undertaking, however people tend to severely overplay the environmental damage which is little especially compared to heating in winter or even just driving a car. Also, legislations against AC do not help and is a fair thing to criticize
