January was a busy, but fun, month for me. Every January I sign up for Tara Lazar’s Storystorm Challenge where you need to come up with 30 book ideas in 31 days. I first signed up when it was under the name PiBoIdMo (Picture Book Idea Month)

@MindyAlyseWeiss Hi Mindy!! Yup, I just made it under the wire! Hope I did everything correctly, as I had to switch manuscripts at the last minute... I discovered a glaring hole in the first one... but you know me, luckily I had those in my finished WIP folder to choose from.

finished revising the first 3 chapters of NED and am getting ready for a quick read through before sending them out to be critiqued

I can picture it it my head, but getting it down on paper ...well... it leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm going to start a new round of in-depth revisions on it this week, as the ending is still not right.

I dug NED out and reread it. I was floored to think that I actually wrote something that good!!

I really need to have a new bench made as well as a new picnic table, then I could go outside and write
