In the wake of postponed training camps, worlds, & the Olympic & Paralympic Games, many of us are recalibrating the meaning of sport in our lives. This is a great time to reflect on the meaning you derive from your goals, the countless hours of training & the teams you represent.
I’m well aware that it has taken decades for athletes to have an outlet to express their concerns. But I sincerely hope it doesn’t take decades more for women in sport to share their stories. And, I believe it won’t because of our commitment to open doors for our younger sisters.
