@george__mack The air inside of a plane cabin is drier than the sahara. Dry air breaks down mucus barriers making you more suscpetible to airborne pathogens. Keep your nasal passages moist and stay hydrated. Sanitize everything regularly including your hands.

@NaanSamantha I have dreams of lost loved ones when my heart rate gets low when I sleep. My mom had similar dreams when she had undx’d sleep apnea. Our brains do weird stuff with low O2. Could be a one off but I’d keep an eye on a smartwatch for HR/O2 trends & weird dreams.
