The Sexual Assault Resource Agency has been providing services to the community for over 40 years. Our vision is a community free from sexual violence.
A victims services crisis is brewing and @GovernorVA’s budget does nothing to solve it. Victims of crime are currently facing long wait-lists for services, limited bed space at emergency shelters, etc. We need a budget that Puts Victims First and mends our broken safety net.

Great news - the #VOCAFix was passed by a unanimous vote of 100-0 in the Senate and is off to @POTUS for his signature. Thank you to everyone who called, emailed, or tweeted your senators, or shared our #VOCAFix posts to help spread the word! #VOCAFix
Supporting survivors isn't a partisan issue. Encourage the Senate to pass the bipartisan, bicameral #VOCAFix to save survivor services. This bill would strengthen the Victims of Crime Act by fixing how the Crime Victims Fund is funded—without using a single taxpayer dollar.
@talliesinyoung @josh_ff@FantasyPros We are so sorry this happened to you. Thank you so much for your support and for all of the donations. @talliesinyoung - Speaking out is such a tribute to your strength. All of these donations directly go to survivors in our community. Thank you again!
