Sec 81(2) of the Cos Act says
"A register kept in pursuance of this section shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of such fees as may be prescribed  for each inspection"
Post MCA V.3 P.1 this has been closed ! Isn't this non compliance?

@MCA21India Kindly ensure all the SRNs generated today r converted to Pay Later so tht v cn pay the fees 2moro since the forms are shown as already filed. Neither r Pay later challans generated nor are payment options made available to us n neither r we able to login to refile it

@MCA21India Instead of resolving ticket no SR2551750 the Helpline has conveniently cancelled my SRN itself. The form which was prepared on 17/8/2022 now stands cancelled ! How irresponsible is this? Heights of mismanagenent! Need an immediate solution ! @PMOIndia @nsitharaman

@DiveshGoyal04 Charge form LLP 8 Interim doesnot show any kind of colums for rate of interest, repayment terms etc while filling up but the final downloaded form has all these columns as blank. Also payment issues faced. LLP 11 also not working. Messed up . Please make a representation asap🙏

@parinshah1988 @Infosys @nsitharamanoffc @SachinPilot @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc They word the extension notification as if it's a favour on professionals rather than accepting that their website is not working. Merely extending the due date for 1 form. What about other e-forms? The site is not working for all the forms.
