Back in 2020, I sold an app for $410,000. Then in 2023, I made $3,000 in a single day, but Apple shut down my account. I filed a lawsuit and started all over again.
Now, 2024 marks a new era. I love building products for creators. Thanks to the #buildinpublic community, I didn’t give up and I’m still working 24/7. Your support means the world. Just thank you! ❤️
Apple is just laughing at me.
On June 28, we received a response to our lawsuit. Apple claims that I cannot prove the account closure affected contracts with existing clients.
However, at the time of deletion, I had 3,349 paying clients, not counting 1,209 active trials:
Reely iOS: 632 subscribers
Rolly iOS: 37 subscribers
Boomerang iOS: 680 subscribers
Oddy iOS: 44 subscribers
Sidly iOS: 1,931 subscribers
Fontly iOS: 25 subscribers
I understand that this is a small number for Apple, but it took me three years to achieve these results.

Here developer Viktor Seraleev shares his nightmare app launch story and why he intends to sue Apple

Shared my story about Apple with @pgbiz and went into detail about developing the game, the release of which was the trigger.
In other news: still the same, we continue to fight and hope for the best. I’ll share more about the process soon

I will introduce you to the judge who will decide my dispute with Apple on September 6
Jeffrey White is a senior judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Before his appointment to the bench 2003, Judge White served in the United States Department of Justice, served in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, and was a partner and chair of the Litigation Department of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He received his J.D. at State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1970. Judge White has been teaching at Berkeley Law since 1979.
Jeffrey White was confirmed as a federal judge by President George W. Bush in 2002 and promoted to senior judge status in 2021.
White has presided over several notable cases, including a 2005 global warming lawsuit against federal agencies, a significant 2009 ruling on glyphosate-resistant sugar beets that required an Environmental Impact Statement, and a controversial 2008 ruling involving WikiLeaks. In 2012, he struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, expanding health benefits for same-sex spouses under federal law.
On my own behalf, I can add that the judge is not afraid to go against the system. This is good. It definitely won't be easy for Apple.
My story about how I started my journey as a mobile developer by solving a small problem for my wife and reaching $3,000 in daily revenue has become popular. I have never received so much support before.

In the comments, I openly shared all my experiences and talked about choosing a business model, finding ideas, hiring employees, and helping improve apps for those who asked for feedback.
The most common question: why hasn't anyone from Apple forwarded this story to TOP management? Why doesn't the six degrees of separation theory work? The simple answer is that corporations don't admit their mistakes.
The most popular advice: write to Tim Cook about how the App Review team made a mistake; it's obvious. He will help restore your account. @tim_cook please look into my story and restore my developer account.

After four years of trial and error, I managed to make over $3k in profit from my apps PER DAY.
I’ve previously mentioned losing it all due to Apple, but I haven't shared how I built my startup to achieve those results. This could be valuable for beginner (and experienced) developers.
Remember, corporations spare no one. Big longread on Reddit

Tomorrow we must file a lawsuit in the California state court.
In this post, I gave you a little hint about a big mistake Apple made regarding my company.
Finally, I've pieced together the entire puzzle and have a complete set of evidence of my innocence.
