My journey from Boston on BA238 connected to BA199 (London–Mumbai) on 7 July. After flying for nearly 12 hours, BA199 landed back at London Heathrow because the aircraft’s weather radar was reportedly unserviceable, making it unsafe to continue to Mumbai.

Hello @airindia , spoke to Customer Service Agent at 9.48am this morning on the Priority Line to cancel my flights covered under PNR SEOZLH & agreed to the charges for the same! Cancellation confirmed!

At 3.50pm, the Air India App showed that ticket had NOT YET BEEN CANCELED!

Just chanced to open the App to check on the ticket cancellation! Had to call up the Air India Priority Line AGAIN & go through the cancellation process again!

What if I did not check on the Air India App? It would have been a no show for me!!!

The GoM also propose to provide GST exemption for health insurance policies of coverage upto Rs.5 lakh. However, the GST GoM must ensure that the insurance companies pass on the GST amount saved to the insured and not increase the premium amounts! @nsitharamanoffc @GST_Council

In an eagerly awaited and welcome move, the GST Group of Ministers (GoM) reached a consensus today to exempt term life insurance premiums and health insurance for senior citizens from the GST net.
