@RachelReevesMP My mother aged 92 doesn’t feel protected at all, no winter fuel allowance, her central heating packed in, she has had to have a new pump on the boiler, a new oil tank because the oil suppliers were not happy with what she had, was quoted over £4K for replacement

@WalesOnline We don’t need any more Senedd members and why should they make demands first new. use the leftovers like everyone else. I really need to see some benefits as the money for these idiots could go to fund public services

She was really helpful, said would get a response in 4 hours and send me a link so I could get help directly
Then had a phone call from engineer Rob who said he would be there in 15 minutes, all sorted but had a text to say reply 1 if everything ok, replied 1 and not recognised!

@bt_uk firstly thanks for sorting my 91 yr old mums line out today. Fault reported with a response time of 12/9, she is partially sighted, deaf,a caller and has a lifeline. Managed to speak to someone by requesting an upgrade, got through to an individual who tfr me to Tamsin

@KirstieMAllsopp Just take him home, it’s where he wants to be, as long as you can support him, the difficulty will be if you need a care package. You almost have to fight to get relatives up of hospital, spoken as a a cater and a health care professional
