Great week of new PRs! 1st place @ TriCounty Meet of Champions in 400m (57.06) but my favorite was the 4x400 at Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic Elite Meet where we came in unranked against top 10 teams and took 2nd (3:59)! I love anchoring this amazing relay team! @saragram99

Very windy Saturday at Cane Bay! Some people dropped out of the races bc not a great day for PRs which is why my 200 looks a little lonely (26.43). But I ran the 100 for the first time so technically a PR even with wind (13.21). Also ran 4x100 @saragram99

Excited to PR at the Bob Jenkins SCTCCCA Coaches Classic Region Race at Cane Bay yesterday: 58:58! Ran against some really talented (and super nice!) girls. Also placed 3rd in 4x400. @saragram99

The mixed 4x400 at the Wando mellow mushroom relays is so fun. I ran the 3rd leg with a 59.3 split and I love standing on the podium with my track family. We commanded 1st place after last year’s 3rd place finish. (I also took 3rd in the sprint medley, 800m anchor) @saragram99
