1/4 - I showed up to my hotel booked on @priceline on 3/14 to find out they did not have a room for me anymore, were offering no refund, and booked a room at a different place/not as nice hotel. I paid more $ to be at that specific hotel and location. After calling @priceline.

4/4 - thanks to the hotel that couldn't accommodate my reservation but it was a reminder that I should have paid the $20 extra to book direct or through @hotelsdotcom that offers killer customer service. I travel A LOT and will go out of my way to avoid @priceline in the future!

3/4 - Which was particularly shocking, since this seems to be @priceline's core business. After being told several more times that I could not cancel the booking, receive a refund, nor could they rebook me, I found my own hotel. I managed to escalate later and get a refund...
