Reminder: Derek Chauvin is on trial, not George Floyd. Chauvin’s defense team is going to try to make excuses for Floyd’s death. Don't believe them. #DerekChauvinTrial https://t.co/gc7zfLKCdp https://t.co/eKstBcvfja
@nytimes Thank you for the podcast about Twitter. In 2016 I tweeted some anti-Trump sentiment. I was trolled and then my account was shut down. I was able to create an account again Eventually. Though I’m back here, I’m wary of Twitter and angry that Trump can tweet Anything.

Since then, states with a history of voter suppression have closed 1,688 polling places throughout the South.
It couldn't be more blatant:
It couldn’t be more clear that the Republicans’ attempt to pass their watered-down policing bill is meant to derail meaningful reform.
Who do you trust on police reform—Mitch McConnell or the 138 civil rights groups who oppose the Republican bill?

I'm a Catholic – just like Martin. Our faith says that we can't accept either.
.@ManhattanDA Police are killing Black & brown communities & violently arrest people protesting this inhumanity. If you want to "interrupt the cycles of state-sanctioned violence that endangers all of our communities" DO NOT PROSECUTE #JusticeforGeorgeFloyd demonstrators!
In 2016 I tweeted against a certain political figure and Twitter deleted my account and would not reply to me. That political figure can now tweet blantant lies and Twitter allows it. Disgusting.
