@RoyalMailHelp Blatant lies. No attempt to deliver recorded on either doorbell or driveway cameras. You don't normally have problems delivering, this is a normal house with a large clear house number, the porch was open and there were multiple people at home. Hate the dishonesty.

@parcelforce Can you please get a grip on whatever is going on at your North Essex depot. Yet again an Express 24 delivery is still not out for delivery and it's well after 11am. Last so-called 24 hour delivery took 3 days. How can you call it Express 24 with a straight face?
