Our third year Food Product Development Zoom Expo today showcased our students resilience, creativity and determination and was a true reflection not only of their hard work over their degrees but the knowledge and passion of their teachers.

Our undergraduate Marine Science students finally able to get into the field and SCIENCING! A busy but rewarding week lake-side collecting water samples for quality analysis and looking at the effects of boating and urbanisation on marine flora and fauna.
