We know they lied because of our local Home Depot. They confirmed they lied & also we have it all on recording. As of now it’s been a week, they charged us for installation, only refunded half, Home Depot REFUSES to simply fix what they broke. Now we have to “just wait & see”

Hey you know what’s great for the holidays? Spending $1300 at Home Depot, they didn’t install our new dishwasher. Instead they broke/dented our plumbing under the sink, left electrical wires dangling while our kitchen flooded. They ran out & made up lies.

Omg the excuse the delivery people gave was “that it’s a plug in dishwasher & it would need a junction box for hardwire”. But we ordered the hardwired dishwasher as confirmed by the local Home Depot man & we have the junction box. Lazy lazy lazy. They’re getting a fun call tomo

@HomeDepot came to install a new dishwasher, destroyed our kitchen & are now refusing to fix it. They also threw our old dishwasher in our front yard. If you break a pipe, you have to fix the leak, not run out of the house & not bothering to install our dishwasher

But Home Depot says they’re entirely in the wrong, none of this is our fault (how could it be) but then why to refuse to fix it? This is a Bosch dishwasher sitting here ready to be used but the delivery men ran when they flooded our kitchen
