I tried to PM you, but you can't accept PM's. Looks like your situation is a bit different than mine - my daughter was locked out of her account, not banned. I had to prove ownership, but Roblox kept closing the tickets without resolution where I actually demonstrated proof. The ticket that finally got a human was asking them to explain their policy of ownership verification, not to try to prove ownership for the 100th time. I sent them this:
"Thank you. I am not asking you to disclose any account details. I am asking for clarification of Roblox’s ownership verification policy. You stated that there is not enough information to verify ownership. Please explain what types of information or documentation Roblox considers sufficient for ownership verification, particularly when an account has no email address or phone number associated with it. Roblox previously confirmed that the Robux purchases I provided were correctly applied to this account. Please also explain whether verified purchase records are considered part of the ownership verification process and, if not, why. A bot response isn't going to solve this issue."
@RobloxNewsroom Nothing says “supporting families” quite like locking a child out of an account, verifying the Robux purchases that were made in-app, and then making the parent go in circles trying to get the account back. But yes, let’s talk about screen time.
@DavidBaszucki Tomorrow should be interesting. Maybe someone at RDC can finally explain the creative business model where Roblox takes your money, locks your child out of their purchases, and then refuses to fix it.
@Roblox_RTC Nothing says “20th anniversary” like charging 50,000 Robux for a digital hat while customers can't access the digital items they already paid for. Happy anniversary, Clowns.
@RobloxNewsroom A year's worth of purchases correctly applied to my child’s account. Account locked anyway. But hey, congratulations on the new monetization opportunities.
@DavidBaszucki You can get Roblox merchandise into thousands of Target stores, but getting a parent to an actual human when their child’s account is locked seems to be the real impossible item.
