@KLM just had the most atrocious experience with your company - was notified of a flight change which impacted my dogs that were to fly in hold. No one of KLM ever reached out ... instead I had to spend the entire week of my vacation fighting with you to get my flights changed..

your flight staff are sadden when when tell them we can’t fly animals through Amsterdam if there is transit time greater than 3 hours and wonder why the animal hotel can’t be used. Such lovely flight staff for a corporation who doesn’t care and can’t provide transparency.

@airtransat are you limiting 3 dogs per passenger now? We are looking to bring rescue dogs and last year we could bring 4 (3 in hold and 1 in cabin). When I called today I was told it was max 3 per passenger :(

@lufthansa Your call centre is now saying it has been extended to Sept 30 as of Aug 18 but the website is not updated - so what is correct? I need to cancel my ticket if this is correct but I’m not doing so without something in writing!!! #Lufthansa

@lufthansa When will you be able to confirm if the embargo on taking dogs in the hold will end Aug 31? I was told I have to call and book my dogs on Sept 1st but my flight leaves Sept 2nd…

@lufthansa Sadly the website doesn’t provide much. It states bookings for animals in the hold won’t be accepted for flights between 16 July - 31 Aug but you won’t take bookings after Aug 31! It’s very frustrating since my flight is two days later and whether I go depends on my dogs flying
