@WayneyyW @oceana @TEDx I wish there was a magical date :) but it's gradual. In some cases, harmful fishing is already stopped with fish stocks recovering/recovered. In others, measures still need to be implemented - that's what Oceana & allies are fighting for! https://t.co/4BM6meG0BM
