finally, the waitress figured out I didn't order that food--who knew!--and explained to me in a suddenly nice tone that it belonged to the man behind me. She didn't even say sorry. I never want to go back to @panerabread in Cedar Hill ever ever ever again! :)

then, finally someone who knows what customer service is came up to me, read my receipt, and told me he was very sorry and they would get my order out to me soon. His sweetness almost made up for me being so uncomfortable and unwelcome. @panerabread

so basically the waitress insisted some order was mine, and she wouldn't even look at my receipt! Then she went to the counter and talked VERY loudly about me, came back to me and insisted again, I showed her my receipt, then she stormed back to the counter. @panerabread
