Complained numerous times. Dreadful company. Sorry for your loss

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this harassment from virgin media following a bereavement.

My dad died in September 2023 we followed the bereavement process, he was not in debt, despite repeated complaints @virginmedia keep sending letters addressed to him demanding money and threatening court action for his widow to open. A new letter arrived this week. @BBCWatchdog

My mother died in November 2023 it was an horrendous time and I had to go through bereavement processes with various providers for both parents. Every other provider had efficient bereavement processes.
