It’s now been one month since my cable has been exposed. Cut and repaired twice due to exposure. Lines painted as if they were going to be buried- but still hasn’t happened. Need update please

@Ask_Spectrum On June 27th a cable was cut- it has been exposed for the past 20 days. Today it was cut again. No internet for 10 homes.

@Ask_Spectrum Turns out temporary fixes are a thing and I’m very grateful for them. I hope to get this cable gets buried soon so quick temp fixes are no longer required.

@Ask_Spectrum Yeah- that’s why I thought it was weird when you suggested I go to the troubleshooting link. It’s just like dang- I pay a lot of money for unreliable cable.

@Ask_Spectrum Thank you! Unfortunately there isn’t anything on there about how to repair underground cables that are exposed and cut. I’m going to watch a YouTube video now though and see if I can DIY a fix.

@Ask_Spectrum When this problem first occurred 20 days ago your tram was able to make a temporary fix. A temporary fix is needed again until the cable can be buried.
