I have just got home from the second visit in a week @vuecinemas in Leamington Spa. Both viewings were in Screen 1 and on both occasions it was so cold you couldn’t watch the film. Everyone in there had their coats fastened up and some even had hats and gloves on. Not acceptable!

Almost all baby deaths were reviewed using the PMRT. Hospital reviews were more positive than the conclusions of the confidential enquiry panels. When a review did take place, most parents didn’t have any questions , especially if they didn’t speak English. @TIMMSleicester
