Cannot say thank u enough to @sharifelleithy for the PTSD training 4 @CPFT_NHS . U explained & uncomplicated trauma work in the clearest & most practical way that it has ever been explained 2 me before . A close second highlight were the puppies of course! #cbt #ptsd #training
