@Rach_the_Rivetr My husband has found that holding onto an ice pack until its painful for as long as you can make his anxiety back off for a bit. It kind of tricks your brain into thinking about something else.
Anxiety is the worst. Hugs to you.

@LukeFHan I work at a movie theater, the atmosphere in the empty room after a horror movie feels off, its much different than any other type of movie. People should be careful about what stories they invite into their minds.

@ITalkOfChrist We went through a phase in our area in the 2014-16 where all the missionaries ever did was show the videos and say a prayer, never once read a verse. It was really disappointing. Lately though they've only read scriptures with us.

@latterdaylaura I have young teens currently so grandkids are still a way off, but I plan to be involved as much as I possibly can with my grandchildren, and I make sure that my kids know it. Its an incentive for them to not move far away.

@busy_bee_me I work at a movie theater, its not uncommon for people to show up 20-30 minutes late for a movie. And thats 20-30 min after the trailers into the movie. I just dont understand.
