@Morrisons I had one of your trolleys dumped outside my house 6 weeks ago. I reported it on your website and was told it would be collected within 7 days. I have chased it repeatedly and am still not being told when someone will actually collect it. Sort it out please!

@greateranglia what's happening with the 17.00 Liverpool Street to Norwich? It broke down and apparently is now terminating at Sheffield. How are we getting to onwards stations given the Norwich trains don't stop there?
@virginmedia your customer service is dreadful, spent ages going round in circles on live chat yesterday with simple questions unanswered - have been without internet for 18 hours and yet your app still says everything is fine!

@JS2691438420265@virginmedia Yep same here and @virginmedia told me yesterday it would be fixed in 4 hours... When it got past 6 hours I contacted them again and they said it would be 24 hours but now feel like I can't believe them. My app still says there's nothing wrong!
@greateranglia hey team. I've got a super off peak return from Bristol to Manningtree. I know I can't leave Bristol before 9.45am but are there any restrictions on the Liverpool Street - Manningtree leg of the journey? Travelling tomorrow.
