@STN_Airport Hi thank you for getting back to me. I tried contacting @Ryanair via their live chat facility last night. Every time I got anywhere near the front of the queue it would lose connection. I queued for over 3 hours yesterday and still couldn’t get through. Very frustrating

@RegattaOutdoors So much for a response. Yes you refunded me the next day delivery fee, but you also downgraded the delivery service to be the standard delivery service. Had I know this I would have refused the next day delivery fee refund.

@RegattaOutdoors on Saturday. It’s Sunday now and my parcel is still at the main Evri hub. I just hope it’s here tomorrow as I need it for Tuesday. So annoyed that you refunded next day delivery fee and then sent my parcel out via Evri on their standard delivery option

@BrainOfBritain @helenadack I’ve finally managed to get through and they’ve sold out. I’m so angry and disappointed. That’s 4 hours of my life I am never getting back. Once again disabled people are treated like 2nd class citizens. I wish @oasis were playing the @TheO2. The @AXS_UK ticketing system works!

This is just a joke. I’ve made over 1000 calls in the last hour and still haven’t managed to even join the queue for #disabled #oasis25 tickets.
At this rate it would be easier to get a doctors appointment 😱

Come on @wembleystadium @oasis there must be an easier way to book disabled tickets in this day and age, than have to phone up for them. I’ve called over 500 times so far and still not able to get through. #oasis #disabledtickets
