“Trade unionists are greedy for wanting a pay rise? The profits of the top FTSE companies have gone up 73% since 2019. When are we going to ask if they’re greedy?”
- @RMTunion’s Eddie Dempsey

It is unclear when the policy change, once signed off, will be announced. It is expected to be made public before the Feb 3 cut-off for unvaccinated NHS workers to get jabbed. https://t.co/D8ps7k2Kok
@EmergMedDr All I see is a group of hardworking, dedicated NHS staff who I would welcome on any shift. I’m vaxxed, but I respect their right to choose not to be. If they’re brilliant in their caring role and following all other guidance, what is the problem? They have got us this far 🤷🏼♀️
I know Twitter is reserved for acts of heroism + kindness, but after the last couple of COVID years, I’m absolutely not as nice or as patient as I used to be.
ICU nurses!!Having started a campaign for ICU nurses to be recognised as a specialised workforce,I had an hours meeting today with the RCN critical care lead. There will be a general JEP review this autumn and ICU nurses certainly will be highlighted in this review. 👏👏👏👏
No capacity to admit to ICU again due to lack of staff not beds. So many staff have left for nurse specialist roles at band 6 and above. When will critical care nurses be recognised as specialist and paid accordingly? This is not sustainable 😞 @BACCNUK @ndht @ICS_updates
