@KirstieMAllsopp 2/2 and I was given the option of ‘natural birth’ thankfully there was an amazing midwife present who gave me a knowing look & I had an emergency c-section, but had there been a different midwife on shift my outcome could have been so different

@KirstieMAllsopp 1/2 It’s not just NCT, it’s all the pregnancy books, leaflets, hypnobirthing influencers on social etc etc! They all talk of avoiding them, there’s so much misinformation out there it’s unbelievable! 1st baby was breech, waters broke at 36wks

@HelloFreshUK why the change in packaging? The whole point is to make it convenient and easy, putting all the packets in a box is neither of those things! Please revert to the old style paper bags with all ingredients for each meal
