@ContactKingston I contacted you a year ago to ask for the disabled bay outside my house to be removed because it is no longer needed. 6 mths ago a notice went up saying it would be removed. It has still not been done and the bay has just been repainted.

@SamsungUK I’d be very happy to speak to someone. I have spent a fortune getting it fixed multiple times and the engineers who have seen it are now giving up on it.

@SamsungUK I am at my wits’ end with our Samsung fridgefreezer. It has been fixed more than 10times and still has huge chunks of ice every 2 wks in the fridge + freezer. The worst equipment ever!!!
