@YWHelp A YW rep is coming out to discuss the planned work due to mismanagement of ongoing works in the village

[Sarah @sarahko]

@YWHelp any updates on the leak in ls21?

[Sarah @sarahko]

@YWHelp This was emergency works, so the road is going to be closed until the 30th September? Is this different to the planned works between 24th Oct till 1st Mov?

[Sarah @sarahko]

@YWHelp Outrageous! No traffic management just road closed signs, schools couldn't get through!!!

[Sarah @sarahko]

@YWHelp Confused... as your previous message said someone was onsite?

[Sarah @sarahko]

@YWHelp Any updates?

[Sarah @sarahko]

@Delta Still waiting for you to reply

[Sarah @sarahko]

[Sarah @sarahko]

@RoyalMail wow! I was sent a parcel next day special delivery. 'Some how' the special delivery label went missing with the name/address and returns address..

[Sarah @sarahko]

@Delta Delayed my flight from MCO to ATL missing my connecting flight to Manchester. Having to stay over night in ATL no help/food vouchers/hotel vouchers.

[Sarah @sarahko]

@VirginAmerica @VirginAtlantic this time last year we were left stranded in Atlanta with 2 children. No support from Virgin at all! Shocking service! 😲
