@TMFScottP @MendezHowie I looked into using negative gearing to help do it, but renting substantially below market rates can make the arrangement non-commercial for tax, limiting the negative-gearing.

Actively doing it philanthropically but bankrolled by gov cant be done, so the pool is even smaller.
