FLIGHT CANCELLED SEPTEMBER… @qatarairways still not refunded. Constant messages saying ‘we’re concerned, DM us details’ then ignore me. SHOCKING customer service! Been contacted by others in same position. @qrsupport WHY??

STILL WAITING! 11 weeks for my refund after my flight booking was cancelled due to a technical fault on my BA flight.
I’ve been passed from pillar to post between @British_Airways - who operated the flight but ignore my complaint and Qatar Airways who I booked with.
It’s been 13 weeks now waiting for @qatarairways to refund for a cancelled flight. Lots of responding with ‘please DM us’ for this open forum but blanked after the DM. Is small claims court the only way now??
Now in 12th week of waiting for a cancelled flight refund with @qatarairways. Keep telling me to DM them then they ignore me when I do. Anyone else having this trouble?
@British_Airways Hi Hannah, unfortunately my patience is limited. We’ve completed your complaints form. You responded with incorrect information and closed it so I had to start again.
